Public transportation (train/bus):
The easiest way to reach Liège by train is to arrive at the Liège-Guillemins station, that is well connected to many Belgian, Dutch, German, French and British cities. The Belgian rail company (SNCB/NMBS) provides both national and international travel information (timetables, route planner, fees, ticket booking, etc.).
Once at the station, you can either walk (20-25 minutes) or catch the bus right in front of the station. The easiest way is to use line 2, 3, 27 or 94. This line has frequent service (one bus every 10 minutes or so) from 05:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and will take about 5 – 10 minutes to get you to « Val Benoît Université », 200 m far from the Conference Venue. Ticket fare is around 2,5 €. Additional information can be obtained from TEC, the Liège bus company.
A well-developed networks of motorways (E40, E25, E42, E313) makes access to Liège by car fairly easy.
Parking places are available on the Val Benoit site.
