Dear Keynote Speaker,
Your keynote presentation will be given live on our online platform HOPIN. We kindly ask you to connect to the HOPIN platform at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time of your presentation to avoid any technical issue we might encounter, and to allow you to create your profile, if you have not had the opportunity to do so previously.
However, as a backup solution, should there be a connexion problem on the day of your talk, we would like to kindly ask you to record your presentation and send it to our team by March 12, 2021 (via WeTransfer to liege2020@earsel.org).

Your presentation should not be longer than 20 minutes to allow time for the Q/As session afterwards.
