Here below is the check list to be sure you are ready for EARSeL joint workshop 2021:
Final abstract submission:
The final version of your abstract for publication on the website of the event must be submitted by March 3rd at the latest on the conference management tool. In order to have a uniformity of all the abstracts we ask you to double check if you correctly used the template downloadable here.
Without upload of abstract on the conference management tool before the deadline, the abstract already on the system will be published.
Presentation recording:
Being a virtual conference the presentations will be done under the format of a pre-recorded video.
Your pre-recorded presentation will be streamed on our online platform HOPIN.
Your presentation should not be longer than 8 minutes to ensure the Q/As session afterwards.
To ensure consistency in presentations, we ask all our speakers to use the same recording format. So please be so kind as to refer to the following tutorial.
For testing purposes, it is paramount that your pre-recorded presentation reaches us in MP4 format by March 12, 2021 at the latest (via WeTransfer to liege2020@earsel.org).

Registration to the joint virtual workshop is open.
We remind you that it is mandatory to have at least one co-author registered for the event before March 12.
Without registration, the presentation will be withdrawn from the programme.
